Blur...

Well, I know it's been a while but for the last two weeks nothing super exciting has been going on. Jay and I have been doing the 9 to 5 everyday it seems like. I worked last Sat. and Sun. so for me it really has gone by in a blur. We are getting further in our house plans so hopefully in the next week or two we will have those finalized and we can start on our last (maybe) house. I am getting so antsy to build I really just like getting to paint and decorate rooms. I have already chosen most of the room colors and main furniture arrangements. In our Heber house Jay wouldn't let me paint any walls because it was a house we were eventually selling anyway. But, since this is our last house I have free range!!! I am so excited. Jay has been enjoying the warmth with golf and we take Emma to the school to play, man I forget sometimes how much I enjoy warm beautiful weather. We have been working on the sprinkling system so Emma has been loving life running through and drinking them. It's so funny to watch how much fun she has.

Oh Happy Days!

Oh man I am so excited about today the sun is warm and shining and it is the perfect temp. outside! I love spring time. Jay, Emma, and I have been playing outside all day today. I can't wait to get my motorcycle out of storage and ride! Today we found Emma outside sunbathing. After Jay took her picture I went out and laid out with her. LOVED IT!
The friday and saturday that just passed 4/11-12, Jay, Emma, and I went to Wendover. We met up with my sister Stacey her family and two other couples and their families. We went to dinner at the Rainbow Casino friday night. It was so funny to see how excited all the kids got with all the lights, colors, and noises. They thought it was even better than Disneyland. (If they only knew) The next morning from 10 am to 3 pm we headed into the mountains of the deserts and went riding on our fourwhee
lers and their Rinos. It was so nice, hardly any clouds and no wind, except for the wind we made. I didn't get a lot of pictures hopefully I will get some more from the o
ther girls. Until then this is my favorite.

I was looking on one of my friends blogs and found a "What's my color" quiz. I like quizzes so I thought I would join in on the fun...

Holly, your true color is Red!
Your color is red, the color of racy sportscars, blushing cheeks, and luscious roses. Red symbolizes passion, romance, and love. So, since you're ruled by red, you probably trust your feelings more than your brain and tend to act spontaneously. If you see something you want, you go for it without thinking twice — impulsive is your middle name. You don't wait around for people to make decisions, either; you dive right in. Quite the romantic, you pay close attention to your emotions. In fact, if your heart isn't in what you're doing, you won't be satisfied. Of course, even when you do pour all your energy into the projects you tackle, your impetuous nature means your passions can shift as frequently as the wind. That's why some reds have trouble with commitment. Our advice? Next time you're feeling fickle, think before you act, if possible. You might be surprised at the results. Overall, though, it's great to be red. No one lives life more completely than you do.

Try it out...

And it begins...

All right, I guess second time is the charm. Right?
Well we are back in our Ogden home waiting to build our Morgan home. I am so sick of waiting to see if we can build our house Jay and I designed or not. Frustrating. No kids yet but Emma is two and she is pretty much our child.

We just got off our Cruise to the Caribbean. It was 7 days of nothing but enjoying the sun and relaxing! Getting there and back has horrible. We were "snowed" in at the Texas airport, yes Texas, they had a 1/2 inch of slush and didn't know what to do so they closed the whole airport down. I thought I would never get to say this but I have now slept in an airport. (I dont recommend it) not so fun.

Jay is still working as a manager of the Heber branch. Crappy drive! I am now working at LDS Hospital as a Phlebotomist (drawing blood). I really enjoy it! Sounds weird I know but I do. It is slow sometimes at work so we try to entertain ourselves. I have a pic here to show you what goes on with board hospital workers.
Hopefully this summer I can get back to the river but we will see.
I have finished school, YEAH! Man I thought it would never happen.

So from now on I will try and keep up on my typing skills. (At least once a week).
See you all later.

We'll I guess Jay and I are going to join in on the fun. Whoopee. Not a lot going on right now, We are trying to find a new place to live. Maybe in Morgan... Who knows. Once April comes around we put our house in Heber for sale and look for our new adventure. Jay is still hanging out at America First as the manager of the Heber Branch. He has been working hard at the office, has one of his girls leaving to become the new manager at P.C. so he gets to work overtime now til they send him a new employee. When he is not at the office Jay is either at someones house building thier basments or working on our house getting it ready to sell.
I (Holly) am almost finished with school. Walking in April, with a degree in Physical Education and Recreational Management, but I have two more classes to finish before it's official. I am currently working at The Canyons Resort (Zzzzzz). I just started my internship project for school, I am going to be the director of the first ever Heber Valley Marathon. The big day is September 22. I hope it's not to big of a project for me to handle. Right now I am working on the website and talking to all those involved with approvals for use of the roads. So, if any of you want to join the enthusiastic staff give me a call, if any of you are runners get those shoes on and start training. I'll see you there! Sounds like a promo.
The only child we have isnt even a child. Emma our Golden Retriever turned one year in Jan. and is the biggest sweetheart. She is great with people and her main goal seems to get a belly bub or just please Jay and I. Man I make it sound like she is our child. Well she is spoiled like one. She is the closest thing to a child for Jay and I right now. We dont plan on having kids for about three to five more years.
Well hope you enjoyed the first blip of our lives.
*Pics. coming soon.
